Positions Available

Assembler

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Follow defined work instructions to perform general assembly work according to IPC standards.
      • Adhere to company quality expectations.
      • Perform work within standard allotted time.
      • Follow all safety rules.
      • Maintain an orderly work station.
      • Specific duties are varied but may include:
        • wire jacket stripping
              • crimping of wire harnesses
              • soldering/tinning wires
              • assembling cables
              • braiding cables
              • preparing and inserting parts on circuit boards
              • soldering components on circuit boards
              • coating printed circuit boards
              • assembling components and subassemblies into control boxes
          • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

      Machine Operator

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

          • Follow defined work instructions to operate automated machinery to complete work according to IPC standards.
          • Adhere to company quality expectations.
          • Perform work within standard allotted time.
          • Follow all safety rules.
          • Maintain an orderly work station.
          • Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
          • Set up, run, identify and diagnose machine issues, and adjust automated machinery within company guidelines.
          • Examples of automated machinery within the facility are:
                • Surface mount technology (SMT) assembly equipment
                • Curing ovens
                • Circuit board screen printers
                • Circuit board soldering equipment (wave solder, selective solder)
                • Automated optical inspection (AOI)
                • Axial insertion machine
              • Various automated wire cutting machines
          • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

      Engineering Maintenance Technician

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Be the point-of-contact for all equipment related concerns in ACH and ETI, including both preventive and reactive maintenance concerns. Effectively and efficiently resolve all equipment issues in a timely manner.
      • Implement and maintain effective maintenance requisition system to track all open PM and maintenance work orders, track basic metrics including work queue, mean-time-to-closure, etc.
      • Interface with associates, members of the organization, vendor technical support staff and contractors to address and resolve problems with manufacturing processes and equipment.
      • Maintain the Building and facilities which includes basic air/mechanical/HVAC support, working w/ external contractors to coordinate quoting, maintenance and follow up activities,
      • Maintaining MSDS for facility chemicals in use,
      • Coordinate annual Fire Inspections w/ the FAFD.
      • Complete EPA form R (Lead reporting) and any others required by local/state government.
      • Read, interpret and use schematics in the support of failure analysis.
      • Assist Operations team in assessing and defining CapEx needs; assist in researching, procuring and installing agreed upon CapEx equipment.
      • Support the development of RFQ’s including labor and new process standards.
      • Provide build design and support for complex projects through operations.
      • Work w/ Operations and Engineering team to reconcile variances due to equipment functionality.
      • Define and implement continuous improvement projects related to manufacturing.
      • Maintain compliance to current ISO standards and customer specific requirements as applicable.
      • Other duties and projects as assigned.

      PREFERRED:

      • 2 year Associates Degree, technical field
      • 3 years manufacturing experience

      Engineering Technician

      ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      •      Timely development of RFQ’s to support Customer service. This includes:
        • Review customer documentation (pictures, drawings, spec sheets, assembly aids)
        • Work w/CS to clarify customer requirements needed to provide accurate RFQ
        • Creation of labor standards
        • Creation of electronic BOM’s
        • Creation of cut-sheets and other assembly aids as required
      • New Product Introduction (NPI)
        • develop and implement manufacturing support required on all new products. To include:
          • Network drive, file system design and implementation to ACH standards.
            • Customer Documentation.
            • Shopworx BOM’s and Labor Process Sheets.
            • Assembly Aids/Instructions.
            • Cut Sheets.
            • Test Instructions.
      • Process ECN’s to support NPI’s, design changes and process improvements.
      • Assist Management, Leads, Maintenance Tech and Process Engr to address and resolve problems attaining labor standards, as well as capabilities of manufacturing processes and equipment.
      • Ability to read, interpret and use schematics in the support of new product development.
      • Define and implement continuous improvement projects related to manufacturing.
      • Maintain compliance to current ISO standards and customer specific requirements as applicable.
      • Other duties and projects as assigned.

      • 2 year Associates Degree, Electronics or Technical
