Positions Available



      • Follow defined work instructions to perform general assembly work according to IPC standards.
      • Adhere to company quality expectations.

      • Specific duties are varied but may include:
        • wire jacket stripping
              • crimping of wire harnesses
              • soldering/tinning wires
              • assembling cables
              • braiding cables
              • preparing and inserting parts on circuit boards
              • soldering components on circuit boards
              • coating printed circuit boards
              • assembling components and subassemblies into control boxes
          • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

      Machine Operator


          • Follow defined work instructions to operate automated machinery to complete work according to IPC standards.
          • Adhere to company quality expectations.
          • Perform work within standard allotted time.
          • Follow all safety rules.
          • Maintain an orderly work station.
          • Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams.
          • Set up, run, identify and diagnose machine issues, and adjust automated machinery within company guidelines.
          • Examples of automated machinery within the facility are:
                • Surface mount technology (SMT) assembly equipment
                • Curing ovens
                • Circuit board screen printers
                • Circuit board soldering equipment (wave solder, selective solder)
                • Automated optical inspection (AOI)
                • Axial insertion machine
              • Various automated wire cutting machines
          • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time

      Electronics Technician


      1. Interface with associates and members of the organization to address and resolve problems with manufacturing processes and equipment.
      2. Be primary point-of-contact regarding PCB testing, developing test methodology, maintaining test equipment and procedures.
      3. Develop and maintain process documents for all ETI processes as new product/ECN’s are introduced into manufacturing.
      4. Create and update BOM’s through NPI and ECN process
      5. Order stencils as needed by NPI and ECN process
      6. Provide test failure troubleshooting and repair
      7. Maintain requested QA data for in-process defect analysis, test repairs, etc.
      8. Work w/ Customer Service and Customers to resolve warranty/test related questions/concerns.
      9. Special projects as assigned
      10. Work with the Customer Service and manufacturing staff to support warranty troubleshooting and repair
      11. Read, interpret and use schematics in the support of failure analysis.
      12. Define and implement continuous improvement projects related to manufacturing.
      13. Maintain compliance to current ISO standards and customer specific requirements as applicable.
      14. Other duties and projects as assigned.


      Preferred:          2 year Associates Degree, Electronics

      5 years electronic manufacturing experience

      Customer Service Manager

      Duties and Responsibilities

      1. Answer incoming calls and e-mails for your specific customer assignments regarding new quote opportunities, delivery, order changes, expedites, complaints and general customer concerns.
      2. Contact customers via phone or e-mail regarding production issues, delivery issues or suggestions for positive change.
      3. Work with sales and/or the customer to acquire necessary manufacturing documentation to be able to provide accurate proposals.
      4. Clarify customer requirements and expectations with regard to delivery, pricing and quality.
      5. Work closely within the sales department (internal and external) to help on-board new customers.
      6. Excellent team skills including the ability to build trust, manage conflict, make commitments, be accountable to management and their peers and be goal/results oriented.
      7. Act as a liaison between the customer and the quality manager. Issuing RMA’s to the customer when a problem has been identified and the customer is considering returning product for rework or credit.
      8. Work closely with the operational team on key concerns and facilitate resolution.
      9. Update customer information in the database following each customer interaction as deemed necessary based on policy and directives.
      10. Coordinate RFQ process; including timely development of labor and material inputs, prepare information for review and approval and submit final quotation to Director of Finance for review.
      11. Responsibilities include soliciting pricing from manufacturers, distributors, suppliers of all material and components including price, delivery and current component information for quoting of new product and re-quotes of existing product.
      12. Work with the Director of Sales on final draft of proposal to determine all directives of the customer have been included in the proposal, and the best method for delivery of quotation.
      13. Work with the management team to stay updated on company policy, including any changes, and the impact they may have on the customer.
      14. Work with the production team to stay current on status of all orders for your customer base. Communicate any changes/delays or manufacturing issues to the customer.
      15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
      16. Maintain compliance to current ISO 9001:2015 standards.


      • 5+ years of customer service/inside sales experience, preferably in an electronics or technical environment.
      • Associates or bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline a plus.
