  William Brink - Owner & President

  After more than 15 years in healthcare management roles, Bill acquired ETI in 2003. A year later, he expanded the company's service offerings through the acquisition of ACH. He remains committed to growing the business both organically and through additional acquisitions. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Mary College in North Dakota and an MBA from Edgewood College.

  Carol Spicuzza - Plant Manager

  Carol joined the company in 2005 and has overall responsibility for the manufacturing operations and engineering functions. Carol has more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing organizations, including leadership positions in the Operations, Engineering, and Quality areas. She earned Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Medical Technology and an E-MBA from the University of Wisconsin.

  Richard Troon - Director of Finance

  Dick joined the company in 2006 and has overall responsibility for the finance, business development, and administration functions. Dick has more than 25 years of financial and management experience in both public and private manufacturing organizations of various sizes and industries. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an accounting major from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

  Barbara Blakely - Accounting Manager

  Barb joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for finance and human resources. Barb has more than 15 years of experience in progressively responsible positions within her area of expertise. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree with an accounting major from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.

  Charles Morgan - Customer Service Manager

  Chuck joined the company in 2008 and has service, account management, and quoting responsibilities for ETI and ACH customers. He has more than 20 years of customer service and management experience in manufacturing companies.

  David Solie - Director of Engineering

  Dave has been with the company since its inception in 1990 and is responsible for providing and managing engineering support to both external and internal customers. Dave has more than 30 years of in depth electronics and manufacturing experience, both at ETI and with larger OEMs in the medical instrumentation industry. He earned an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

  Jeffrey Mortensen - Purchasing & Materials Manager

  Jeff joined the company in 2008 and is responsible for purchasing, material handling, and production control. Jeff has more than 15 years of materials and operations experience in manufacturing companies. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater.

  Jessica Hillebrand - Customer Service Representative

  Jessie joined the company in 2006 and has service, account management, and quoting responsibilities for ETI and ACH customers. Jessie began in an engineering support role and has developed a strong understanding of company systems and operations to enhance her customer service duties.

  Kurt Hartwig - Director of Marketing and Sales

  Kurt joined the company in 2004 and is responsible for marketing, sales, and business development. Kurt has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing companies. He earned a BBA degree with a Management and Communication major and a MBA degree with a Marketing Management major from Concordia University Wisconsin.

  Margaret Vogel - Customer Service Manager

  Margaret has been with the company since its inception in 1990 and has service, account management, and quoting responsibilities for ETI and ACH customers. Margaret has extensive product and operations knowledge and experience that both directly and indirectly benefits the company's customers.

  Thomas Olson - Production Manager

  Tom joined the company in 2007 and is responsible for all manufacturing activities. Tom has more than 15 years of manufacturing experience in progressively responsible positions. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Dakota with a Political Science major.
