Employment Openings

  • Manufacturing/Engineering Technician

    Responsibilities:

    • Interface with associates and members of the organization to address and resolve problems with manufacturing processes and equipment.
    • Perform equipment setup, operation and repair of manufacturing equipment:
      • Circuit board processing equipment including programmable machines.
      • Wire processing equipment.     
    • Provide build design and support for complex project based Electronic Control Box Builds.
    • Work with the Customer Service and Production Managers to support and manage work functions with regard to:
      • Daily production for circuit board manufacturing
      • Daily production within control panel assembly cell
      • Setup of special project panel assemblies
      • Warranty troubleshooting and repair
      • Test failure troubleshooting and repair
      • In-process defect analysis
    • Read, interpret and use schematics in the support of failure analysis.
    • Define and implement continuous improvement projects related to manufacturing.
    • Support the development of RFQ’s including labor and new process standards.
    • Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
    • Maintain compliance to current ISO standards and customer specific requirements as applicable.

    Qualifications:

    • 2 year Associates Degree, Electronics
    • 5 years manufacturing experience
  • Quality Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement internal quality improvement programs and initiatives.
    • Work closely with Customer, Suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams.
    • Effectively manage multiple concurrent projects.
    • Effectively interact with Customer Service, Production, Purchasing and Engineering to maintain product quality and launch new products.
    • Monitor business performance by gathering relevant data and providing analysis.
    • Lead the problem solving process including data collection, trend analysis, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
    • Work with the Purchasing/Materials function to resolve Supplier Quality issues.
    • Act as the customer interface for quality related matters.
    • Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, and procedures pertaining to Quality.
    • Perform DFM and DFA reviews on new and existing products to customer, IPC, and other recognized specifications.

     Qualifications:

    • 3+ years in an electronics manufacturing environment.
    • Bachelors degree in Engineering.
    • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 standards and audits. 
    • Knowledge of surface mount technology (SMT) and wave soldering technology.
    • Understanding of IPC standards, including IPC certification (IPC-A-600, 610, 620, or equivalent).
    • Experience in Quality Management Systems.
    • Experience in Quality System Audits.
    • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision for day-to-day tasks, and ability to lead/work in partnership with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers to achieve goals & objectives.
